End User License Agreement


PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING OR USING THE MOBILE APPLICATION (“APP”) IDENTIFIED ABOVE. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, ACCESS OR USE THE APP.


  1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Autokratic (“Developer”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, access and use the App on your compatible mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the App for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, any commercial purpose, or to distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, assign or otherwise transfer the App or any right or interest in the App to any third party.

  1. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or Developer’s networks or servers.
  • Use the App to gain unauthorized access to any other network, computer or system.
  • Use the App to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.
  • Use the App to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
  • Use the App to transmit any material that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Use the App to impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or Developer’s servers or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or Developer’s networks or servers.
  • Use any device, software or routine to interfere with the proper working of the App or Developer’s networks or servers.
  • Take any action that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or Developer’s business.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all of its content, including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, audio, video, data, and software, are the property of Developer and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the App’s content without the prior written consent of Developer.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEVELOPER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. DEVELOPER MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP. DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  1. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP, OR (B) USD $100.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Developer harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of this EULA, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

  1. Term and Termination

This EULA shall remain in full force and effect while you continue to use the App. You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling the App from your mobile
